What we collect

If you submit the callback form, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code and the description of your problem. If you call the number on this site, the call is routed through a tracking platform that records the number you called from, the page you called from, and the call duration. Calls may be recorded by the receiving contractor.

We also collect standard analytics — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location by IP, device type.

Who we share it with

The contractor matched to your ZIP code, so they can contact you about your enquiry. That is the purpose of the service. We do not sell your details to unrelated third parties, list brokers or marketing databases.

Consent

Submitting the form with the consent box checked is your express written consent to be contacted at the number provided, including by automated dialling technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase and you may revoke it at any time by asking the contractor to stop, or by contacting us.

Your choices

• Ask us to delete your details and we will, and will tell the matched contractor to do the same.
• Ask not to be contacted again and we will suppress your number.
• Residents of states with applicable privacy laws may request a copy of what we hold.

We use analytics and call-tracking cookies. We do not run advertising retargeting pixels on this site.
