TN Restoration Connect
About this referral service
TN Restoration Connect helps Tennessee homeowners prepare for conversations about water damage, fire damage, biohazard cleanup and mold remediation.
Who operates the website?
This website is operated by Shahriar Hasan. Contact support@homerelaypros.com for website questions. We use the existing tncrawlspacepro.com domain, previously branded TN Crawl Space Pro; our current focus is restoration referrals.
Our role and compensation
This is a referral website, not a restoration contractor. Calls are routed through a partner network to a participating recipient. We may be compensated for qualifying referrals. Service acceptance, ZIP-code coverage, prices and appointment times must be confirmed with the recipient.
We do not perform inspections, cleanup or repairs, and we are not representing ourselves as a licensed restoration contractor. We do not promise that every referred company is independently vetted by us. Ask providers directly about qualifications, references and the terms of their work.
How we prepare information
Our pages explain useful questions for homeowners and link to official public guidance when discussing safety. They are general information, not property-specific diagnosis, medical advice or a guarantee of an outcome. We avoid publishing unverified prices, arrival times, reviews or local office addresses.
Services outside this site's scope
Foundation repair, general crawl space repair, encapsulation and preventive waterproofing are not offered through this referral line. Older articles about those services have been retired from the published website.
